a complete draft proposal!

so, as i mentioned in my last post, i didn't finish my proposal draft by april 1, but i spoke with my professors and they said april 5 was fine.  for the past two weeks, i've spent so many nights coming home from work and going straight up to my office to read and write.  i haven't slept as much as i usually do, but i'm okay with that because the writing has really been incredible and intense and the best kind of struggle.  i don't know if i have ever loved the writing process as much as i have this semester.  and working on this proposal has been so illuminating and powerful.  so, i guess all that is to say that i'm really happy with this work, not just the final product but the process of writing it.  and i can't wait to receive boatloads of feedback and use it to strengthen this proposal even more.  it's so exciting.  all that said, i'm soooo exhausted, sooo sleepy.  and i am so relieved it's friday.
